nothing besides your post count increasing. You don't get paid anything beyond 30.

posting more than 30, just assures that you are more likely to have 30 quality posts AND that you are participating to the max at FC.

You actually want to have a bit more than 30 posts in a month anyway. If you only post 30 and submit for the bonus, one of your posts may not be contributory and then you would not get your $3 bonus. I usually make sure I have at least 40 just in case a few of my posts were short and not substantive.
