Mine is SuperSize Me! I never ate McDonalds again after watching that documentary!  And isn't Freakanomics a book too?  A very good book I might add!

It had to be "Standing in the Shadows of Motown" about the house band that played on all the Motown hit records but was never given credit. I highly recommend it. It will educate you about music history. They were called the Funk Brothers. The musicians made the records what they were more than the singers did, but they never received the accolades they deserved. Fantastic!
