How exactly does these discussion boards work regarding the three extra bucks?

I will be watching this post, I have a couple of questions myself. This will be the first month that I
post the thirty.

As long as we post 30 meaningful statements a month we will get paid $3. If we post 40 we will still get credit for 30
in 30 days time frame. At least that is my understanding.

You can post as many as you want in a day or a month.  When you post at least 30 for any given month you can submit the form to get your $3 bonus.  The form can be found by clicking "paid to post" at the top of the page, then clicking on the form link.  The next page will tell you how many posts you've made that month and give you a link to see all of your posts.  You must choose three good examples of your posts, for the month in question, by copying and pasting the post number into the form.  Then submit it.  When you go back to the form page it'll tell you how long until it'll go through.  It usually tells me it'll take a couple days longer that the end of the month but I've always gotten credit the following month.

I also think it's worth mentioning that the posts don't necessarily have to be thread-starters (I think many people starting out don't understand this point). If you make a meaningful reply to someone else's thread, it will still count towards the 30 posts. Just make sure you submit your form in time!
