Surveys I have taken and not getting paid

I signed up and didn't get my 5.00 sign up bonus or my .30 for updating my profile.  plus I did a survey and got transferred to another site to just get a message that my email address was already set up and I never did on that site. Went to take the next survey and said I already didit and I've only tried to do one survey not two. Also how much as to be in my acount to get paid?

Sticky here should help answer a bunch of you questions. Keep in mind that sometimes there can be credit delays and in some cases it might be a system hiccup. Wait some time and/or try to see if you can get an answer from an admin.
