Are You Motivated?

I get asked over and over how to get referrals here or how to make more money and I just watched a video on YouTube that brings that right into the spotlight. It's a speech that was given to motivate business people, but I contend it's just a matter of scale. It's attitude that makes the difference no matter if you are running a multi-million dollar business, or building referrals on Fusioncash. See if you can see what I mean as you watch it.

I'd like to think that I'm motivated as I have two jobs and am looking for a third job.  However, motivation seems to wane at certain times of the year.

I am motivated to succeed in life because I do not take anything for granted.   I  am on the road everyday, for instant, I dropped off my children who goes to different schools.  I worked seven days a week and find time to take care of duties at home, I considered myself very motivated.

To be honest no, I do not feel that motivated =( with school i just feel like i can get a college degree and may not even get a job i guess i just feel kinda withdrawn about it all

  I consider myself as being a motivated person. I need this extra paid and will strive to  make it work. If I don't keep my mind motivated in
doing this. I Would just be failing myself. I have to give it my best with a motivated mind.

Even though the medical bills are pilling, I have a baby on the way, my fiance is getting "screwed" for hours at his job, I'm staying motivated! It may not make since to stay in a good mood when the bills are pilling suddenly before Christmas, but if I stay optimistic, I will stay motivated. And if I stay motivated, time will keep turning st a faster pace. And if time keeps moving, this will not last just my theory though!
