WHAT DETERMINES HAPPINESS AND WHY

      I believe that happiness comes in so many forms that it varys person to person and the situation or lifestyle there proceeding.. I know that a good strong relationship with my spouse makes me happy along with the communication and love that comes with it....also i am a child care provider and teaching children daily learning techniques makes me happy knowing im doing something productive........................

I believe happiness is a state of mind, it all depends on what a person need to consider themselves happy. We all have our own happiness, but we are only human so in the truest form we are never satisfied completely so really we are never truly happy. I have a wonderful marriage, a lovely son but cash is low...Guess I can't have it all huh? In truth, if I had two of the three in any combination I would not be happy.

I think you determine your own happiness. As for me, no worries of health issues or finances, having a great relationship w/ boyfriend, and being with family and friends would keep me happy

It's personal for everyone.  Everyone is unique and some people are unhappy and don't know why.  You have a great list but the thing that brings me the most happiness is not on your list.

My happiness comes from knowing who I am and having the sense of freedom to live and experience life as the individual I was created to be.

My goals are to experience great health, financial security and experience loving relationships.  Those things also contribute to my happiness.

It's simple really.  Happiness comes from within regardless of outside circumstances.  We choose to be happy.
