Living...with depression

I feel what you are saying. I deal with it everyday. I take medication to help me. You have to dig deep inside yourself. But there are days I do very little. I have to realize I have a mental disorder and I'm working through it everyday.

How do you handle the ups and down...mood swings, just not wanting to get out of bed.  And when you finally realize why you are depressed...how do you move 750 miles back to where you belong when you are broke?

I live on that life too.  But my family is a good hang for me.  They give me a lift whenever I'm feeling down.  Maybe you should think to turn in with your family?

I have been depressed, but was able to overcome it with God's help. My husband is depressed and he takes medicine, however, I have never let a gun come into this house, because it would be an easy answer when having a hard day!!!
