Not Credited?

How do you figure out why you were not credited for an offer? I have completed a couple that say they are not credited but I did exactly what it said to do....Any ideas?

Sometimes the offers take some time to credit, but occasionally you will get one that won't credit. Don't stress over it.

And sometimes, on fairly rare occasions, an offer that was showing credited can be reversed, even if you've already gotten a payout.  That usually happens when a merchant doesn't pay FC for some reason or another.  Unfortunately, you very, very, very rarely will get specifics about *WHY* you didn't receive credit.  The generic response is along the lines that information wasn't correct or couldnt be validated or you didn't fulfill *all* the requirements such as reaching a certain point or page in the offer.  If you stress over every little one, you're going to have a headache & get frustrated.  Sometimes, you're better off just letting some of them go.

I have some that have not credited yet I know you will get the ones that you have done and some you might not really get the credit for.

yeah, that's pretty much the only way to put it.
sometimes you just don't get credit.

Does it matter that the email I use for surveys is different that the one I have registered to FC?
