What have cookies got to do with doing surveys or completing offers?
I am not a computer geek, I do not even understand what cookies are so please bear with me. Oftentimes I hear people giving advice to clear their cookies every after completion of an offer  or to have cookies cleared out before doing surveys. Why so?

Cookies are a tool that websites use to make sites easier to load when a visitor comes back to a site and also the keep track of unique visitors. I f a site senses that you have already visited this site it knows that you enjoy the site and that you are a returning visitor not just a new visitor.
