Your posts have to meet the criteria set out in the Forum Participation Bonus.

But in a nutshell, your posts have to Contribute something to the topic you are posting in. 

- A contributory post is one that offers some insight, makes people laugh, carries a conversation, provides information or help, or something along those lines.  It's not spam, or an attempt to make money for oneself, and it's not short or missing content.  Basically, if you post just to meet the 30 post requirement, you wont qualify.
 

You need to make at least 30 posts in a month to qualify.  You don't get more than the $3.00 bonus if you make 60 posts, etc.

You also will need to submit the forum bonus request form to receive credit.

Good luck Zoltan and welcome to the FC community.  You'll see a lot of interesting discussions and "meet" (at least through cyberspace) some cool people.  The posts do pay, but not just in monetary.  Enjoy!
