just a suggestion- if not already been said- to use a "survey" c.card so you can keep better updates to what your signing up for-

I have not done that b/c I do not do CC offers unless it is something I really want but that is a good idea. I do have a "survey" email address for this site and others, no reason to spam my real inbox

I think that is a not bad idea. I would like the survey to have a great security against credit card theft.

That's an easy one its called a note book and a pen or pencile kept next to your computer so you see it and you know what your doing that way.  Never to old or young to still write things down keeps the brain from rotting.   :dontknow:

Being new to the site, I am concerned about credit card offers.  Any thoughts from others? Are they just like any other application for credit?

I do them but the bad thing is I forget to cancel the service some times!  A few I have dont however after I signed up kept telling me my account did not exist so I could not sign in and cancel!!  Had to do the whole sit on hold on the phone and end up screaming at people!

That's what I'm doing, CC offers, like the free trials. They're good b/c I get 2x whatever I spend, back from FC & get something like a magazine or movies. But I gotta remember to cancel  :BangHead: and Im forgetful... :'(

Great idea. Why did I not think of that. Oh I did. Now let me see where did I put that note?  Humm....  Any way, I do that myself, but get frustrated when I can't find my notes, because someone in my home keeps cleaning my desk.  Well It does make life interesting.  Keeps the brain active. Have fun with life and enjoy all the surprises. Especially when you find your notes.

I would not recommend the credit card offers although I trust this website credit card offers get people in debt.
