hi im from canada and am having some difficulties doing offers/getting my 15 dollars i currently have 2.75 from offers but is there any other canadians that are having trouble with this.

My dad just signed up in Canada and I was trying to help him, it looks like the daily emails, paid to click, and videos are not available for him.
