I have a killer Red Velvet Cake recipe that I'll be making around Christmas. It's made from scratch and a bit of work, but the results are fantastic.  I'll be making some wedding cookies and fudge for my family to take with me for Thanksgiving.

I do!...I like chocolate cake, carrot cake, ice cream cake and cheese cake. The only cake I don't like that much is lemon cake.

I love cake but it doesn't love me. If I eat too much my stomache hurts. May have a slight gluten problem . . .
