i keep getting shut out of dailly offers. It is getting very frustrating.  thank-you ad i am dr. suzn

What do you mean getting shut out?  Are you clicking on 4 different things like flashgames, movies, receipies, news, entertainment etc then after 3 minutes you need to choose one of the items in the next section down like survey spot, or cheese cake factory, or money biz, etc.  then click one of which ever they have available to you  then click back on the previous page and click fc toolbar then go back and click the thing under the fctool bar and do it then refresh the page then check the account.  You can do it.
