The last chapter of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows goes 19 years into the future.

What do you think he did as a job for those 19 years and why?

I think a wand maker or something in Security for the Ministry of Magic.

Auror Department at the Ministry of Magic. After all these years, Harry is now the department head.

That is what JK said Harry was doing for a living.

I can defiantly see why. he is pretty much an expert after fighting the dark lord for so long!

Though I think it would have done him some good to take a break from all those horrors and join one of the International quidditch teams as a Seeker for awhile.

I think he's an Auror. It makes sense that he'd put his talents to good use.
