what do you do when you want to shut the world out for just a little while

I get off by myself which is not hard since I live by myself.  I like to lay on couch and watch TV.  This helps me unwind when I get off work.  Sometimes I do not even answer the phone if it is not a # I know.  I just let it ring.  May God bless each of you today and be safe.

I agree with read,I lie on my couch with everything off but my reading lamp, have the dog curl up at my feet,and for a little while I have no cares because I am not part of the crazy world.

If I have money in my pocket I go to a nice hotel and relax.

Otherwise, I turn off my cell phone and go someplace serene.  For me, I like to go to the lake and feed the ducks.
