Spice up your Hamburger Recipe

Start with

• One pound ground beef
• One teaspoon steak seasoning
• Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Sound good you could also try some finely chopped onion in the burger also.

Along those same lines we tried adding whatever we had handy this last Memorial day weekend.  We used...

1 lb ground chuck
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground turkey

The burgers were a little delicate so we had to be gentle with them on the grill while flipping them or they wanted to fall apart.  We added some burger grill mates spice that our neighbors swore by (Wow they were right it was awesome) And we smothered A1 on both sides while they grilled.  Laid the cheese on towards the end and holy cow by our 2nd bite everyone was talking about how we should open our own burger joint.  I'll have to try it with Worcestershire...that sounds like it would add some *bleep* to it.

You could mix some onions in the ground beef, before you make them into patties. That is what a lot restaurants do.
