can't get to

I'm having problem's getting to anything on the site, I got lucky to be here now, when I try to go to offer's or do the cash email all I get is a bunch of word's and that's it, so I don't know if I'm blocked from the site from doing offer's and that's why I can't do anything, it's really getting me upset, I've been trying since the beginning of the week and I can't get no where, like I said I'm lucky that I'm on this right now, only because I was reading something else on a search engine and it brought me here so I probably won't beable to get back on again after I write this. I just need to know what is going on and what I need to do? Like I said I probably won't be able to get back on so here's my email address so I can get some help!!

Sent you an email with suggestions:

first one is to clear your cookies and temps; reboot (log off/log on) your computer and try again.

If you have Ccleaner, run that; reboot, and try again.

If you don't have Ccleaner, google it and download the free version.  It's safe and an excellent way to clean up  your computer.  It does clear out all of your temp files -- including passwords -- so if you run it, you will find you have to re - enter user id/passwords on the sites you access.  It also cleans up your registry records -- which helps the pc processing.

I am not having any problems accessing sites on FC so I think the site and their server is working properly. But if you are still getting gibberish when you try to get to a web page after you log in successfully, it may be your browser.  Once you clean out your temps/cookies that may help. 

If you have another browser (I have both IE and Firefox), try the other one and see if that helps.

I am always surprised when clearing my temp/coolies or changing the browser works -- but it does quite often!

Thank you for the help. I alway's use ccleaner before I get on and after. We had a computer crash on us on Monday and after that is when I started to have the problem, I checked the paid email that morning and later that day it crashed so I don't know if a got a virus, which would be odd that it would just affect this site and nothing else. Any way I'll keep tring and see what happen's. Thank You again

Any success in getting onto the site normally?  Has FC gotten back to you with suggestions?

It sounds like you may have a virus or something. My computer was doing that off and on for awhile and finally the whole thing just crashed. I just bought a new computer since it was an old one to begin with.

If it was a virus, wouldn't it affect trying to get on any/all sites?
