Your upper banner wll continue to say 0.00 Until you cash out for the first time.  To do that you Have to have $15 in offers an the rest in bonuses if you wish, but thats the only way that balance will go up.  If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask ok.  You will see your posting bonus in the amount you are credited this counts as a bonus not an offer. I am not quit there yet for cashing out I am at a little over $19 so I have a little ways to go just be patience and keep up with all your daily activities and video's ok.
