I am new too. I just recently requested my first cashout of $25.44. Didn't know about "allowing a pad" advice. Someone in the forum reported their cashout was denied. It is in here somewhere. Apparently FC has a cashout approval process which involves verification from offer sponsors.

I hope you found your two cents and were able to cash out. It is amazing how those pennies add up to that wonderful spot.
