My first referral

I have two referrals that I got a long time ago from an ad I put on another site, but they don't seem to be active. I got my first dollar from each of them, but they must have never done any offers because i didn't get any more.

How do you set up a website and submit it to the search engines? Dont you have to pay for hosting from a hosting site in order to geet your own site? and how do you submit something to a search engine

I also just got my first referral but he hasn't confirmed his email yet.  I hope I get more referrals as time goes on and I learn more about sites like this.  In the future I also want to create a website.
