Anyone Have Any Suggestions For Hot Flashes!

these hot flashes are driving me nutts dont want to have to take meds anyone know any natural remedies

I know you said you don't like meds, but  I work at a pharmacy, and it's not actually a med that you need from a doctor or anything...it's over the counter, called "Remifemin". It's got an herb called "Black Cohosh" in it that is suppossed to help with the hot flashes. Give it try, it couldn't hurt! Good luck!

I have heard that vitamin E is great for hot flashes. Soy protein is great too.
