How do you reactivate Yahoo email?

I tried to enter in the code and press enter but it keeps on refreshing the page.

What do you do to fix this?

You need to contact yahoo about this, go to yahoo and fill out a form. you might have to open a new email before doing so,  because I do not know how else they will contact you back if not. Have you tried to put your old email address and password in already then,
