Hi I am Stacy, I am a mother of a 2 year old her name is Virnay. After giving birth it change my life. After having an horrible experience with an babysitter I decided it was my duty to protect my child from the cruel world. I then decided that I needed to be with my daughter for safety reasons, and so that I do not miss any of the milestones. I chose to work from home and it has been the best decision I have ever made. Good for you! But a word of advice.
Make sure your child does get a social experience.
I have known some families that shelter their child from the world especially with homeschooling, and have left the child unprepared for life as a whole.
Social skills are vital to be able to the world outside your front door.
The world is cruel and filled with people that to say the least are undesirable on many levels.
Life skills to be able to deal with them comes from the social experience and exposure until on their own.
This of course is simply my opinion. It is simply an observation I have made with a few friends and family.
Good luck on your at home work ventures. Enjoy every moment with your child! No never get to recapture those milestones.
