You can put your referral link on your facebook page and if your friends sign up then you would get paid, as long as they stay active. You get $1.00 when they sign up and confirm their email address, $2.00 when they complete their first offer, and $5.00 every time they cash out. Just don't spam them by putting your referral link all over their facebook pages.

So, if it takes about a montis there anyway to see when the month starts or ends. is there a specific day that the website goes by or is it just by the day that you join

You really don't need to worry about being able to cash out exactly in a month. Whenever you get your $25 ($15 of that must be in offers) then you can cash out. Just remember that you have 180 days (6 months) to reach the $25 before the offers you've completed expire. It's actually quite simple to reach the $25 in a month's time if you're diligent about coming every day and finding offers to complete. Some members choose to cash out as soon as they hit $25, no matter what day of the month it is, and other members like to wait until the end of the month, since you'll have to wait until the 20th of the following month to get paid anyway.

So for example, if you reach the $25.00 before the end of September, you could continue to earn until the last day and then cash out. You would then receive your payment on or about the 20th of October, depending on your chosen method of payment. Say you reach your $25 around September 20th and choose to cash out, you would still have to wait until October 20th to receive payment, but you can then start working on your next cashout. It's just a matter of preference.

If you were to get to the 180 day time limit and had not cashed out, the offers that would be getting ready to expire would have an indication next to them on your account page.

I cash out as soon as I hit the minimum ($25). At least by then, I know I'll have money by the end of next month. That's just me, some people prefer to wait longer than that.

They go by the calendar month.  I noticed that if I wait until the last day of the month I get the $3 forum bonus for the previous month.  I plan on cashing out the same month I become eligible.  I'm tight for cash and cannot predict the future so I'll take it when I can get it.  I can always build it up again.

I don't wait.  I cashout whenever I reach the limit otherwise I'll forget and it expires.

I don't wait either.  Some people wait until they have a lot of money in their account and then cash out.  But every month I cash out as soon as I can.
