One day it goes down a few cents and then the next it goes back up!  There is no reason it should keep going up and down like that!  I can't understand why a country of our size depends upon foreign countries to supply our oil need!!!!   It doesn't make sense at all!

Yes, its dropped here by abpout 5  cents in the last few weeks.
