I love Carl's Jr.  They have a really good variety.  I really like their new turkey burgers.  But a good ole bacon western cheeseburger is good too!

I can't believe all these intestines blocking fast food meals we eat! My favorite for taste and health considerations is Subways' Chicken Teriyaki on Whole Wheat, or Honey Oak bread. I get all the veggies! I don't eat cheese, so when I toast my bread and meat, I include onions and all the peppers (including the hot ones). Add lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, relish, and that yummy Sweet Onion Teriyaki Sauce. Huuuum good and good for you!
