How many of you have sprained an ankle?? I just did it yesterday, and of course its the one I injured years ago, the same way, me and stairs dont get along.  So nothing broken, now just need to keep it up, stay off it and ice it.  Ugh what a pain!!! Just glad I work from home, no need to call in (its my right one can not drive without being in pain right now)............... :(

I don't sprain my ankle but I am prone to fractures In my feet/ankles.
