WOW!!! SO MANY RESPONSES...I'M ALSO SUPRISED TO SEE THERE'S SO MUCH OF US ON FC. CROCHETING IS MY LIFE I DO IT EVERYDAY..ITS HOW I MAKE MY LIVING. I CROCHET JUST ABOUT ANYTHING  YOU NAME IT AND I CAN DO IT. I'VE ALSO BEEN CROCHETING FROM SINCE I WAS LITTLE. IT HELPS TO RELIEVE MY STRESS...IT REALLY MAKES ME RELAX. FOR THOSE OF U WHO WANT TO LEARN I SAY "LEARN". ITS INCREDIBLE TO SEE WHAT YOU CAN MAKE OUT OF A NEEDLE  AND YARN. BY THE WAY I THINK THE BEST PART IS THE RESULTS... I JUST LOVE IT AND I AM THINKING ABOUT OPENING A NON-PROFIT ORG. TO TEACH KIDS.

I'm an avid knitter who has tried crochet, but find it awkward. I think many people are either crocheters or knitters- few are lucky to be skilled in both!

I have tried to learn but I do better with knitting.  Learning stages so I am having fun.  Just finished my first end of the bed throw.  I am working a one now that is going to be much bigger  I cast-on 220 stitches using a soft yarn in white and other in blue a beautiful dark blue.  Will have to take some pic's and post them.  Lets show each other what we are doing by adding pic's to our posts.

Sadly enough, my weakest talents and skills are anything having to do with sewing or art. I basically suck. I cannot even sew by hand or machine. I have once been electracuted by a sewing machine, broke its needle and have ruined my husband's pants just trying to make these creative patches!! So, I do not go anywhere near crochet at all!! My mom can though, but she is not a member of Fusion Cash.  :D
