i dont understand i notice my account with it displays ads ive made money on the weird part is that some have a expire day in red underneath what do this mean

Click on Rules at top of page, then FAQ at bottom of page, then click on Offers.  This will explain everything and how long you have before offers expire.  You have a limited time to cashout your offers.

Your approved offers will expire within 180 days if you haven't cashed out.  It's not too hard to cash out in time especially if you do the daily cash emails and paid to click on a daily basis and if you make 30 posts a months...that's an extra $3 per month.
