I love the Peggy videos. Right now we have people from Manila trying to take our jobs and seriously that is what they remind me of. A few of them have the same American names so I deem them the same person. Some of the females chose male names. It's pretty laughable.

Although, been there numerous of times being transferred ALL over the place.

I got and watched the Peggy video using safari.  I got instant credit.  Good video.  I have a Discover Card.  Good credit card but I had to call customer service last week.  Usually customer service is great I did think it was a bit off.  Maybe just a bad day.

I love the Peggy videos, they are hillarious, and even though i do not have a discover card, i call other places, like Verizon and/or *bleep* and even computer support and all you get is people from india or Phillipines that you can barely understand, and in my case is even worse since I am from latin America and I have an accent of my own, so we can never understand each other.  But the Peggy videos and TV commercials are really funny and i love to get pay to watch them too.

That's funny.  I worked in a call center and when you ask for a supervisor sometimes it's just another rep on the same level as the previous rep you just talked to.  People just want to speak to a different person when they feel like they are not getting what they want. They think a supervisor has magical powers or something when they don't.  A lot to the time a supervisor doesn't have any more authority as a regular rep.  The supervisor just oversees the running of the team they don't have any supreme powers.  Where I worked the only difference is the supervisor had the ability to credit more money back to the account than a regular rep that was all.

My dad got his cell phone from Straight Talk and when he calls tech support he gets transferred to India. I have an AT&T phone so I get US Tech Support!! (something for a company to brag about anymore)

I'm having trouble finding these videos.    The only ones I've seen are the two spanish K-mart videos. Where are these other videos located? I've looked on the offers page but I can't find them. I would really like to get credit for watching these videos. Every little bit counts.
