I see no advantage to waiting. As soon as I reach $25 and at least $15 of that is in offers, I cash out! This month I cashed out on the 19th, which gives me an additional 12 days to work on my August cash out. It's the required $15 in offers that can take longest to reach because bonuses like the $3/mo forum posting bonus don't count toward that and the one-time offers can't be done again.

Just click on the "Are you getting paid to post yet?" link at the top of this page to read the rules for this great bonus. Here's the line that answers your question:

Bonuses will be credited at the end of following month; please allow UP TO 65 days for crediting.

Usually you will receive your bonus in less than 65 days, but the FC staff has a ton of posts to review each month, so be patient.

Excerpt from the FAQs:

You must allow 1-5 business days for electronic payment methods to post, and 2-10 business days for check delivery via USPS First Class Mail.

You'll receive your PayPal or Direct Deposit payment quicker than if you choose check as your preferred method. USPS...duh!
