fast pace world

I’m beginning to wonder about the pace of life.  Why is everything so fast these days?  People stand on lines at fast food places because they want their food fast.  If there’s one too many people on line at a store you will always find someone wanting the manager to get another cashier.  If someone is driving too slow someone will either honk or go around them.  If the computers are too slow we get frustrated.  If the food isn’t prepared fast enough at a restureant someone will complain.  I just don’t get it.  If we speed through life then by the time we get to sit and watch the world go by aren’t we already dead?  This ‘need for speed hyped up on adrenaline,’ when did that start?  More importantly when will it end?

The pace of life is most likely so fast for many reasons including why move slowly sombering throughout life when you can move fast and live life to the fullest.
