I believe some of your money is lost after 180 days weather or not you where active or not.  You have so much time to cash out on your money if all your earnings where over the alotted time they will take it. Thats like four months.  Where you in active that long?  I am so sorry to hear that.

Sorry it's in the rules.  Sorry to be harsh but you only have yourself to blame. Ignorance of the law is no excuse as they say.

Sounds like it was because it was past 180 days. I've had that happened before, I was inactive for a while. But at least you still have an account and can make money again. Just don't let it expire.

That's unfortunate that they took all you had earned. I didn't even know that after 180 days of inactivity that they could do that. Now I do. Just try to make sure if you participate in FusionCash again, to log on at least once a month. Make a note on your cell phone or something to remind you. It's really a fun site.

It's not 180 days of inactivity.  Instead, any earnings you make expire after 180 days, if you haven't cashed out, no matter how often you log on.  Considering the fact that you can just do daily email and daily ptc (for $0.17 total/day) and cash out every 148 days, they give plenty of time.

There is that daily picture again, well at least now I know it is worth 15 cents!  Daily Email is easy enough once you get the hang of it.  It was quite confusing when I first started.  And posting to blogs is easy enough, if you start at the beginning of the month, then you really only need to do one or two a day.

Considering the fact the OP, after almost 7 months as a member of FC, wrote (in another thread) she did NOT know what the daily e-mail was or what it looked like, losing the $$ doesn't surprise me at all. If you cannot bother reading the rules and/or even learning how the site works, I have NO sympathy whatsoever for you. It ain't rocket science....

They have had that 180 day rule for a while. If you are new to a site, you should always fully read and understand the rules / TOS so that things like this don't happen. For my last payout, I was cutting it extremely close to losing some of my earnings because of this rule. I did clear up some things that I wasn't entirely clear from reading the TOS... You only lose credit for those offers that were credited more than 180 days ago, not all of your offers. Also, the clock stops, so to speak, as soon as you initiate a cashout, not when you are actually paid by the cashout request. Once you request a cashout, all offers are put into a "pending" status and you will still receive the money for the offers even if it would have expired were it not in that "Pending" status.

You joined in January of 2010 and seemed active posting in the forums/site all the way up until July 2010.

Your next post was August of 2011. Were you inactive for a year??? If so, and you had money earned it expires after 180 days.

It's right in the rules and instructions on how this all works.
