Once you click on Cashout, if you get money after that on FC, before you get paid, will that count toward your cashout or not?

No it will not, you'll have to wait for the next month, but you have to get a balance of $25 again.

If you check your account entries, the ones that are assoicated with your cash out request will say they are in a pending cash out status.  New credits will just say "approved".

And yes, the newly approved credits will be held in your account until you again meet the cash out requirements.  ($25 total; $15 in offers)

That's why I usually wait until the last and penultimate day of the month to request cashout. Then most everything I've earned in the current month will be paid on the 20th of next month.  Plus, I like to have more than $25 in total to cash out, just in case anything is reversed during the review process.

Some folks don't mind cashing out as soon as they reach the dual requirements, because it gives them a head start on meeting cash out requirements for next month.

It is best to wait and cashout when you have a little cash built up.
