When do new offers appear?

I keep seeing all the ones that I cannot use because of either credit cards, or just not working. When do new offers go up on FC?

There's no specific day or time when new offers are posted.  They post whenever new ones become available.  Your best bet is to just log in every day and take a look to see if anything new has posted.  On the offers page, if you click on the 'New' link, it will list the offers from most recent first from all the categories (ie. free, daily, subscription, etc.).
