I use to think it would be a break from work but not any more now it all one long week

It would mean that I needed a new job. LOL I don't think anyone is happy with living for the weekend especially since it's so short. You need to enjoy what you do during the week as well.

that the weekend is the only time you really live. which is ridiculous. If you have kids at home you just can live for the days that you have off work you gotta make the best of everyday

I don't just live for the weekend - I live for life, for each day I'm alive I'm thankful and try to maintain a positive attitude.  Living life for the weekend only seems like utter foolishness.  Even if you're in a job you hate, life can be lived to the fullest during work as well.
