How do you miss someome while on the phone with them?

Ok I was on the phone last night with a good friend. In the middle of me talking they said Ginny I miss you. How can you miss someone while you are there with them on the phone I just dont get that....please explain...... ANYONE lol ........I post this on another site I frequant and there was some logical answers...do great minds think alike?...ENQUIRY minds want to know hehe

You miss them the same way you miss them when ur not on the phone with them, only it's stronger because ur obviously thinking alot about them while on the phone with them.

Talking on the phone with someone is really only about 10% or less of interaction. Some people are okay with that. I personally am not. Your physical presence is missing. The following is not necessarily sexual: But some people rely on touch to really feel your presence. Others rely on sight to see you talking to them. Saying something on the phone might trigger a memory of that facial expression you did two days ago, and the person, not being able to experience that facial expression, will miss you. A weird thing ( not really): But some people do prefer to just spend absolute silent time with others they care about and be satisfied.

Hey, invite the person over, or go visit them. Then, you'll hear this instead: " I missed you." And this when you're about to part: "I'm gonna miss you."

Being on the phone and being in your presence makes a big difference.  They can't see the expressions on your face when you are talking or see your smile and vice versa.
