Trouble receiving email from Fusion cash

Im not receiving mail from fusion cash regularly, is their a problem on my end or yours fusion cash...please refresh our connection on the email areas. thanks

I received my paid email today.  Check your spam.

If you use Hotmail, the site may have blocked the email because of a potential malware notice.  I did not get a malware notice, but was forwarned of the possibility after I clicked the capcha.

It could be going into your spam folder, I know mine does. You can just add them to your contacts list, or make a spam filter that allows certain things through.

I had same issue a while ago but I have an earthlink account. best thing was to use a different e-mail address like cell phone or a secondary. that did the trick. then i started to get the old e-mail address workign again so i ended up getting 2 edaily e-mails. My mainw as earthlink and the other was my cell phone e-mail. I guess it takes a bit for them to recognize it.

Check your spam box if not going to there then go and reselect it again.  Or if you have an old one still in your email then go click on it  and it will tell you its expired but you should start getting them again.  Make sure to clear your catch and internet files cookies etc.  But make sure you click on the daily email again and you should get it.   ;)

If you're talking about the Daily Cash Email, you were automatically uunsubscribed a while back due to inactivity.  If you want to get them again, just re-register:

If you are talking about other notification emails, then the best place to help you is a support ticket - please open one and let us know which emails you expected to receive, but did not - and we can investigate further.

I received my daily email, but when I click on it, it just keeps opening the same window it doesn't give me the security question and doesn't roll to the normal fusion cash page.  Is anyone else having trouble getting there paid email to open correctly.

I went back and tried to open my paid email a couple more times it finally worked like it was suppose to.  If your having trouble like I was, I guess keep trying because mine ended up working.

I've been having nothing but problems with the daily email. Some days It works alright but then I'll go to click on It and It'll ask me to download something. I'm not going to do that so there have been countless days where I went to click on the email and ended up not even bothering. It's not worth It In the end so I did a support ticket to opt out since the opt out feature In the email Its self doesn't seen to be working. Keeps saying my email Is not valid but It Is.

Do not use Yahoo, hot mail, live mail, only use gmail.  Add the support@fusioncash.com to your contact folder. I made a filter for mine in gmail, so all of my emails goes into one folder.  Mine never ends up in spam.
