Are you asking friends and family members?  Because that is something that I really don't want to do.

I don't bother with friends and family, look for people online who are already trying to make a few extra bucks and show them a better way to get there. I like using YouTube to do that and I have 782, so I must do something right.

I have a list of referrals on mine, but NONE of them have ever cashed out. Its hard, I guess some people join looking for a handout, when sometimes you have to do a little work to get the big bucks..
