Here is the relevant section in the Terms of Service found at the bottom of the main page of your Account:
Users must not create more than one account per person, nor may they create more than one account per household. A "household" is defined as a single dwelling (including basements, attics, extensions, etc). Should a user be a member of more than one household, he/she must be the only FusionCash user in each of those households.
Users must not create more than one account per computer or internet connection.FC would naturally assume that your friend is living at the same address as you and that is not allowed. You may not share the same IP address either. You have said that your friend has no phone. You still may be able to help your friend to rectify the situation. Read this section in the FAQs under Cashouts found at the bottom of your Account page:
What is "Telephone Verification"?
Before you can cashout, we require that you provide and verify a telephone number. This simple process allows us to more effectively fight fraud and maintain our high payouts. All you have to do is type your telephone number, press a button, and enter a code into the telephone. It works best with land-line telephones. If you are unable or unwilling to verify your telephone number, you can use the alternative verification method and fax us identification.If your friend has no phone, he or she may instead fax identification to FC to verify they are who they say they are, then delete your phone number. You may also send in a Support Ticket if your friend does not in fact live in your household and share your IP address and explain your situation in detail. Hope that works out for you. Also read the Forum rules by Kohler so you have everything straight and can safely work the site with no future issues arising. Be careful out there!
