Hello everyone here at FC. I am brand new at this and after having read all of the comments, I found that there were some issues could be taken care of, if you ask the right questions.  ??? I was a little discouraged when I was reading the posts. I have read the rules carefully, and found that there was still confusion out there. Please get ahold of someone in the office and ask them what can be done to clear up any matters that you are currently facing.

Doesnt seem confusing to me-just have to read carefully all the TOS and rules-
