Do the FC forums help with your insomia?

So I usually can't sleep til late around 3am. But since I've been doing the FC tasks and forums.. I've been getting tired sleeping early around 1am. Lol. Tonight though I'm still wired and posting left and right. It's already 1am here in Vegas and I still can't sleep!
