Need support's help, daily e-mails are late to my inbox...

I am not getting my emails either. Too many people having problems for it to be a problem on our end. The spike in problems has increased since FC went down on the 13th. I assume they are having problems.

Still having probelms, I have not gotten any e-mails since 4/12, thats four days in a row now where nothing is showing up, not even in my junk e-mail. When i started this post under the support section, i was under the impression that they look at these and comment on them. So far i do not see that they have. I even titled it "need support's help." Thanks to all the members who have posted info but i am hoping support will look at this and see that many people are having the same probelm and hopefully look into it or at least post a comment on it...

Follow JkHanson's advice on how to send in a support ticket. They're replied to mine already, but I'm not sure how close they are to solving the problem.

I bit the bullet this morning and tried to change my email address but alas had issues with that too so I filed a support ticket and also unsubscribed from the daily and will resubscribed later. Hopefully one of these well result in getting back the 2 cents!

I received Daily emails to day for both 4/16 & 4/17. Perhaps now they are all caught up and will be delivered normally once again.

still not getting the daily e-mails. I guess I'm just going to have to put in a support ticket. I was hoping that it would only be a couple days, but now its been over a week. Hopefully that will help...

Have been getting several delayed emails the past few days and today for the first time I got one on time. I had changed my email address though and this one still went to my old hotmail address. Not sure what's going on...

I got an email this week about a support ticket I submitted for the missing emails.  It was to let me know that the case was being closed because I did not respond....but this was the first I had been contacted in regards to the support ticket.    hmmm??  I don't understand how that works...but at least since then I am getting the daily emails....so far at least.
