...retired person!  I was lucky enough to retire at the age of 44 following 27 years of active duty in the US Air Force.  My friends and family told me I would get bored and want to return to work.  That was 2 years ago.  Guess what?  I'm NOT bored!  I love being able to do what I want when I want with no obligations other than fulfilling my family's financial needs.  So far so good.  It just goes to show, there are more important things in life than trying to get ahead at all costs...
