Why do people like life so much?

Or do you just struggle through because you're alive? Do you really like life? Do you like medical procedures and bad things happening to your body? Do you like the fact that you will get old and be in bad health.

How is everyone able to handle this without just admitting to themselves they hate it and hate going through it?

I don't understand people. It's one thing for it to happen to you but to do it to someone else has me like WTF are you people doing!!

Life is Life, plain and simple. If you are living one that you don't like, then do what you can to change it, or look for those who can help you change it. If it can not be changed... well try to make the best of it until you can change it. I think in most cases people make their lives hard, or easy by the actions they do (not all cases). Just try to make the best of the life you have, change what you can that you don't like about it, by try above all to live your life the best you can, while you can.

To answer the actual question asked... I think people like life so much mostly for the good moments, for the joy it can bring, for the possibility of what tomorrow might bring. I don't think all people "LIKE" life though, I think most just live it, or just go day by day but don't enjoy it, or "like" it. In reality most people don't like their lives for one reason or another. I also feel most people waste their lives, or don't do what they CAN do to make it better or change it.

Just think of this... if you were to be told tomorrow, that you only had one month to live... what would you do? what would you change? How would you live your last month? NOW all of those things you thought about... can you do them now, even if you are not going to die in a month? If you can then do them, why wait till you only have a month to live? You could die in your sleep in a month, or get hit by a car in a week, or etc... so for all anyone knows, we only have a week or a month left... so LIVE your life with that in thought, and if you do, most likely your life will be better. Just realize we are given this life from the moment we are born, but it can be taken from us at any moment...

I love my life, and I am grateful for it.  It is far from easy, and it is far from perfect.  We're broke, I've got a horrible history and ptsd, but I've survived, and we have survived.  The worst thing, or the sum of all the bad things, are far outweighed by the good in my life.  I would relive every bad moment in my life simultaneously to be able to take my daughter outside to fly a kite or splash in her kiddie pool.  Life is wonderful. 

Its like the country song says: Life ain't always beautiful, but its a beautiful ride.

Read "The Alchemist" by Paulo Coehlo.  It is one of the best books I've ever read, and the most uplifting.  Gives a new perspective, I think.

life is about live love and laugh, though we all have to go through some type of struggle its part of life thats what maks us wiser, we gain our experiences that way, just remember the three words, live love and laughter

Someone is always in a worse situation than another. You really should stop complaining before it gets worse and start praying. It sounds like you have alot of pitty for yourself. And that never has a positive outcome.

If you dont really like life than i dont think your having so much fun with life do something you really like to do like meet a girl or go clubing persnolly i think life is going pretty good for me because i have lots of fun things ahead of me.
