cashout failure
« on: April 14, 2011, 10:32:26 am »
if you plan to cash out . i ran into this situation i had like 15.00 offers and 10.00 in bonuses and i pressed cashout on march 3,  here on april 12, my money was revoked for cashing out. i was informed that i must have 25.00 offers it total before cashing out. the bonuses part was rerouted to that section in parenthesis and the 15.00 was rerouted back to the offers area of my account.  so now informing everyone  accommulate $25.00 in total offers so you can cash out .

When did this change happen? Have you had problems with you daily emails. I have not  received one since 4-12

Your cashout was automatically canceled because you had credit revoked for some referrals who signed up on the same computer as you, and this caused your cashout balance to drop below the minimum of $25.

I am sorry this happened to you but I believe the administrator explained to you what happened.  I have cashed out six times and have never had a problem with cashout.   It is important to follow the rules, directions and instructions carefully.   Unless all your earning were revoked, you should be able to cash out soon.
