I had a wreck the other day

I pulled into a resturant and a woman bacing out ran into me She damaged m :dontknow: :dontknow:y car are there any sugeestions as to what to do?

I was just sitting waiting for my daughter at Dunkin Donuts one day...and a woman backed into me and caused some serious damage to my car.  She was NOT looking at all!! I called the police and called the police and filed a claim
