Lost Referral

I invited a friend and gave her my url link.  She sign up but not under me, and she had clear her cookies.  How can someone use your URL link and you not get credit for it.  I sent a message into support but I never heard anything.

Perhaps she was a member from way back when, but forgot.

If she had joined years ago  (FC has over 2 million members, of which only 30k are active), she would still have an account and when she accessed the site via you URL, the system recognized her from her earlier membership.  She would not be eligible to be your referral in that case.

No she didn't join years ago, she join a couple of weeks ago. I don't know why my referral URL link is not given me my referrals.

I am afraid to invite other people because if I can't get my referral credited to me, I'm wasting my time.
