Is it normal for going-on-three year olds to be so whiney?  I feel like I've ruined my child by maybe baby-ing him and now all he knows how to do is whine when he doesn't get his way.  I was thinking about when he whines giving him a choice between a time out or a break from video games.  Is this too much for EVERY SINGLE time he whines (it happens a lot).  I'm sick of feeling overwhelmed in public when I can't control his whining.  It stresses me out, and it takes a lot to stress me out.  He's also really hyper, a lot of energy.  Is this normal, too?  Sometimes I think he has ADHD or something, but maybe I'm just over reacting.  Sometimes he gets so bored/hyper he pokes me and says "peep peep" --- okay?!  Weird!

Take him home when he misbehaves & find a sitter until he can do better.
